3 year fixed-term contract - Museum of London

Are you looking to use your exhibition development skills to provide inspirational experiences for a range of audiences? This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the creation of galleries at the new Museum of London, opening in West Smithfield in four to five years’ time.

We are looking for two people with a track record of working on the development of high quality exhibitions/galleries in museums, galleries or visitor attractions and in developing innovative ideas for interpretation. You will have experience of working closely with curators/content specialist, project managers and designers to develop galleries and/or exhibitions that provide rich, engaging and inclusive experiences for their priority audiences.

Both roles require experience of developing interactive exhibits and working with audiences to develop content. One role will work on galleries that will have particular appeal to families, while the other will work on galleries that offer particular potential to work collaboratively with community groups, and other Londoners, to create content.

You will have excellent team working and interpersonal skills, and the ability to write engaging exhibition text for a variety of audiences.

The closing date for applications is Monday 4th March 2019. Interviews will be held on 12 March 2019.
