Salary: Up to £36,000 (Dependent on experience)
Terms: Full time permanent contract

Kazzum is one of the UK’s leading young people’s theatre companies, offering innovative, site-specific work alongside pioneering training and development opportunities. Based in east London, we’ve been entertaining and inspiring young people for nearly 30 years.

We are now seeking a new Artistic Director to succeed Heidi Vaughan, who is leaving to join Bristol-based company Travelling Light as Artistic Producer. The ability to offer great ideas and energy alongside strong artistic leadership is essential for this role, as is a passion for creating high quality, inclusive productions and projects for young people.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the artistic programme and direction of a dynamic Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
