Salary: £25,871 – 33,671 (pro rata) depending on experience
Contract: 1 year fixed term contract, part-time (3 days per week – can be worked flexibly). We will also consider a freelance contract to fulfil this role with a day rate commensurate with the salary range noted here
Location: a-n has office space in Newcastle, London and Manchester. For this post we will consider applications from candidates from across the UK who demonstrate the required experience and skills.
Overview: With the Executive Director, the Campaigns Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of a-n’s advocacy strategy in line with the company’s mission and business plan, will ensure clear plans are in place to deliver campaign objectives and will monitor the strategy’s delivery and impact.
With experience in driving innovative and impactful campaigns forward, the Campaigns Manager will be well versed in liaising with a broad range of arts, education and parliamentary stakeholder groups relevant to a-n’s constituency, working with the Head of Communications and Partnerships to ensure our messages are reaching target audiences.
We have an ambitious forward business plan, a growing membership and the success of influential and impactful campaigns and programmes to build on. We are seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to oversee the first-year implementation of a-n’s five year advocacy strategy, and development of our Paying Artist Campaign.
