We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Box Office Assistant to join the Rich Mix team.
Located in the heart of Shoreditch, Rich Mix is a charity and social enterprise that offers live music, film, dance, theatre, comedy, spoken word and a range of creative activities for people of all ages and all cultures. All profits go back to support our education, arts and community activities which nurture new and local talent.
The purpose of this role is to provide warm and friendly customer service to all of our patrons. To act as the first point of contact for the organisation and sell tickets, events and membership, and deal with enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.
To do this you will have an understanding and experience of customer service and sales techniques. You will have strong team work and communication skills with a positive attitude.
