Project Administrator - Centre for Music
Grade B
Starting Salary £22,480 - £25,170 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Fixed Term Contract- 9 months, starting in early April 2018, with a possible extension
Full time, 35 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work alongside the project team and the external design team to support the delivery of a business case for the Centre for Music.
In January 2017 the City of London Corporation provided funding for the completion of the business case by December 2018. This stage of work will aim to identify a viable proposition for the Centre for Music, including concept design, detailed business modelling, costings and identification of funding, including from private sector fundraising and commercial partnerships.
As Project Administrator, you will provide all administrative support to the project team, including extensive diary management and co-ordination of meetings. You will have an extremely well organised approach to tasks, in order to operate in a high pressure environment.
