Development Manager (Individual Giving), Spitalfields Music

Spitalfields Music is multi award-winning charity based in East London which produces world class music festivals and pop-up performances; an industry leading artist development programme; and an exceptional learning and participation programme for local communities.

We are looking for a proven Development Manager with an expertise in Individual Giving, who will work closely with the Director of Development to develop and deliver a strategy to grow support at all levels. You will have responsibility for overseeing and refreshing the Membership scheme, developing our legacy programme, and working with senior management on major donor giving.
