Salary: £31,000 - £36,000, depending on experience
Type of contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours per week including a paid lunch hour, Monday to Friday. This is primarily an office based, in person support role, but regular hybrid remote working will be possible in alignment with Artsadmin’s Remote Working Policy.
Holidays: 20 days, plus eight public holidays. Artsadmin currently operates a two-week, discretionary closure over Christmas and New Year in addition to staff leave entitlement.

About the role
Artsadmin is seeking a Finance Manager who will support the Financial Controller, Executive Director and Artistic Director (Joint CEOs) in providing Artsadmin with an essential financial control function, ensuring the integrity of our accounting alongside smooth and efficient operation of finance procedures and reports. With the support of the Finance Assistant’s coordination of our bookkeeping and payment systems, the role will take responsibility for our accounting and be a key source of support to budget holders.
Our work as a producing arts organisation balances high-profile, international project delivery with nurturing artists to create meaningful social and environmental impact in the world.
The ideal candidate will be diligent and investigative with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail. They will have strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, be outcome-focused as a starter/finisher and be able to build relationships with non-finance managers such as our producers and internal teams in order to deliver our mission together. Either holding a pursuing a professional accountancy qualification or qualified by experience (QBE) is welcomed but not required.
